Is me, Hannah!

​

Born and bred in Liverpool, I cooked my way through fashion school in London, before following my nose into a brand new career in food last year. 

​

Now, by day, I work in Food Supply for one of the world's most famous department stores and it's many restaurants. By night, I supply my own little kitchen in East London, creating, testing and (very occasionally!) following recipes, to create tasty dishes from around the globe. 

​

If I'm not cooking myself, then I can surely be found eating out; whether that's back up North, right here in one of the capital's newest restaurants, or, most preferably somewhere hot with local seafood and good wine!

So here's to my first foray into the world of 'recipe writing' (I'm not saying food blogging!) - let me know what you think!
